Away Tournament at Sterling Hills
FELLOW GOLFERS:
THE NEXT AWAY TOURNAMENT WILL BE HELD AT STERLING HILLS GOLF COURSE IN CAMARILLO ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 26TH.
COST OF PLAY IS $42.00 PAYABLE AT THE CLUBHOUSE ON THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT. ENTRY FEE WILL BE $10.00 PAYABLE TO RON LAUFER PRIOR TO PLAY.
PROPER ATTIRE IS REQUIRED, COLLARED SHIRTS AND NO JEANS.
FIRST TEE TIME WILL START AT 7:00 AM. LET’S HAVE A GOOD TURNOUT FOR THIS ONE. THE COURSE IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE. SIGN UP SHEET WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THURSDAYS, OR YOU CAN CALL RON AT 805/659-4266.

Results for 7/17/14
Next week we will play a 2 best ball of foursome. We will just play regular golf and the computer will take the the 2 best net scores on each hole to make up the 2 best balls.
The final Thursday of the month, 7/31 will be a 5 club tournament.

Results for 7/10/14
At the last meeting, the board voted to discontinue the .50 cent per player skim we have been taking from each $3.00 tournament entry fee. All monies will now be paid out to winners. The board reserves to right to re-instate the skim if the treasury falls too low.
