The prestigious Saticoy Senior’s President’s Cup championship culminated today with the final round being played this morning. The top four golfers of the tournament; Tapia, Rose, Walker and Gonzales; tee’d off together from hole #1 at approximately 7:30AM. When it was all over, after 18 holes of regulation match play, Benito Tapia emerged victorious as the 2016 President’s Cup Champion ($ 100.00 award). George Rose took 2nd place ($ 50.00) with Don Walker taking 3rd ($ 30.00) and John Gonzales taking 4th ($ 20.00). It was a great tournament. Way to go guys!

Don’t forget about our next away tournament to be held at the Sea Bee base this month on Tues 06-21-16. The cost is $ 35.00 at the door and $ 10.00 going to Ron Laufer. Don’t forget that you will need to get a pass if you’ve never played at the base before.
The top golfers of today’s regular tournament were Benito Tapia with the top gross score of 80 and David Kary who had the best net score with a 60. Way to go guys!
