Don Mulville receives his $ 100.00 prize money for taking first place in the Club Championships net division held last week. Frank Allison, who took First place in the gross division wasn’t present at today’s tournament when the checks were handed out.

Murray Cooper receives his $ 50.00 prize money for taking first place in the Super Senior division.

The top-dog team of today’s scramble tournament was the team of Tone, Jones, Cole and Olguin. They had a gross score of 63 (5 under par) and a net score of 52. Way to go to all of today’s winners and the Club Champions.

Next week we will be having a stableford tournament. The scoring will be as follows:

0 points for double bogey or worse
1 point for bogey
2 points for par
4 points for birdie
8 points for eagle

Don’t forget about our upcoming barbecue on the 30th at the Mountain View Golf Course. I understand that in addition to about 50 of our regular members, there will also be quite a few past members in attendance. I’d better dust off my guitar and start practicing. Happy hour and music start at 5PM.
